Fear can be as gripping as—The sky is falling—or as subtle as—It doesn't feel right. When an experience, which resulted in a fear reaction is left unresolved many subsequent situations are seen through a filter of fear.Fear manifests as:• Jitters• Low tolerance to stress• Anxiety—albeit seemingly unrelated to reality• Panic—including heart palpitations (the heart isn't truly palpitating—it is merely gearing up to fight or flee—what the mind believes is a dangerous situation)• Phobias—agoraphobia the most debilitating• Hypersensitivity to touch, sound, specific frequencies of sound, changes in visual field• Elective muteness—persistent failure to speak in specific situations when speaking is expected, despite the ability to speak otherwise• Holding breath when upset, undecided or when action is required quickly• Fear of social embarrassment• Insecure. Lack of trust in oneself. Sometimes socially isolate and withdraw.• Clingy or unable to accept or demonstrate affection easily• Fear of certain people, places and things• Compulsive traits/OCD• Negativism, defeatist—glass is half empty vs glass is half full• Avoiding new activities, especially when comparison occurs or excellence is indicated• Depression• Controlling or oppositional behavior—especially with family and sometimes friends• Reduced muscle tone• Eating disorders• Craving attention—a.k.a. Self-absorbed or Narcissistic• Aggressive behavior triggered by frustration and confusion• Poor balance to life—extreme views—black or white—good or bad—all or nothing• Unable to negotiate• Temper tantrums• Dislike of change or surprise/poor adaptability• Frequent bouts of unexplained fatigue—a.k.a. Chronic Fatigue syndrome• Numb out, zone out, frozen, or unresponsive• Inability to concentrate, focus or think clearly—a.k.a.
