Granted, hair extensions have been around for probably 35 years or more but the extensions that were used were mostly weaves, (braided and sewn in), and mostly in Ethnic salons. Weaves are still a great, and very often a more economical type of extension. They just don"t work well in thin, silky Caucasian hair plus they can be very bulky.
About 20 years ago Mega came out with a keratin type hair extension bond that could be used to attach extension hair to clients hair in a free flowing, strand-by-strand method. This hair extension method was able to be used by all types of hair because of it"s ability to adhere to any hair from silky to course plus you could chose the type of hair you wanted to use.
Not long after that SoCap and Great Lengths came out with pre-tipped hair extensions. This simplified the extension process by having the hair and bond, (the "glue" that attaches it to the hair although in most cases it is not a glue at all), all in one. How to Tie a Tie: 3 Tips to Enhance Your Job Interview Attire

If someone asks you "what"s the most important part of your job interview attire?", what would you answer? The suit? The shirt? The shoes? Perhaps. But did you know that the tie, to your outfit, is what the focal point is to a picture?
The shirt is the canvas and the suit is the frame. Change the frame on a picture and no one notices, change the picture in a frame and you can change the look of an entire room. That"s why it"s important for your tie to enhance your look, not detract from it.
Buying The Right Tie
To begin with, you first need a quality tie made of 100% pure silk to accomplish that job. As a male, you are generally expected to wear a plain colored, non-distracting tie with your interview suit, e.g. in a dark red or dark blue color.
However, simply buying the most expensive tie you can find in town won"t just leave that "most-favorable" impression you are looking for. People judge your capabilities by how you look. A crooked tie projects a sloppy look and says the same about your skills and abilities. Therefore, it"s important to focus on the tie knot as well.
Tying the Four in Hand Knot
The most useful tie knot to know for starters is the Four in Hand. It"s somewhat narrow and slightly asymmetrical in form and looks just about perfect with any standard button-down shirt.
To tie it, you stand in front of a mirror with your tie hanging loosely around your neck. Now, there are two ends to a tie: One that"s wide that we"re going to call "W" and a rather narrow one that we"re going to call "N". The wide end "W" should extend about 12 inches below narrow end "N".
To begin, cross the wide end "W" over narrow the end "N". Then turn the wide end "W" back underneath the narrow end "N". Continue by bringing the wide end "W" back over in front of the narrow end "N" again. Afterwards, pull the wide end "W" up and through the loop around your neck.
Next, hold the front of the knot loosely with your index finger and bring the wide end "W" down through the front loop. Finally, remove your finger and tighten the knot carefully to your dress shirt"s collar by holding on to the narrow end "N" and sliding the knot up.

During a job interview a tie accessory comes in especially handy. That"s because without one, your tie would move around as you greet your interviewer or when you shift in your seat. Subconsciously, you would reach down to adjust your tie and straighten it out but such little things would make you feel even more nervous than you already are.

Not such a long time ago, I found myself lamenting about the trials and tribulations of this thing that is called my life. I’m a divorced mother of three, and at the time all I could see was a glass that was half full of pure crap. The ex and I were hassling over child support, which meant that I was paying a lawyer time after do-nothing time to sit by my side and behave as though she were a mime in front of a judge in a child support hearing. $5500 later, I decided that I’d cut my losses, and toss “Ms. Do Nothing†to the curb. So the ex didn’t want to pay more, at least I wasn’t using what he did pay to support a friggin’ lawyer.I get mail on a regular basis from women in all walks of life, and some of their stories would make your hair stand. One of those women has an ex husband who, after losing an enormous amount of weight, decided that he’d much rather be single. So before even leaving the home that he shared with his wife and children, he created himself a profile on an online dating site, and found himself a “playmateâ€...while he was still married.Then there’s the lovely lady whose husband was having an affair with one of the other moms at the school that hers and this other woman’s children were attending. He would bring this woman into the house that he shared with his wife and children for fun and games, while his wife was at work during the day! He’s now her ex-husband, and he takes any and every opportunity to make her life absolutely miserable, taking her to court over every five minute change in the children’s visitation schedule. He even emails her his immature gripes on a regular basis…four page letters that he expects her to respond to …immediately. When she doesn’t respond in some fashion, he contacts his lawyer, and she gets one of his rants via snail mail. She has changed her email address, and he’s sent her (by mail) a 3 page letter on his disagreement with that!! She sends the children to his house with new clothing, it doesn’t come back with the children…the ex keeps it. Never to be seen again.My ex husband can be an ass. No doubt about that, he definitely has his moments. But compared to the ex-husbands of some of the women that I receive mail from, and even some that I know, he’s a brand new pair of Jimmy Choos.The point here is this: Regardless of your situation, there’s always a bright side. Regardless of what you have to deal with, you could always have worse. God only knows why I didn’t get a husband who had stones big enough to bring some woman into my bed. If that were the case, I’d most likely be writing this from a jail cell now (and something tells me that he suspected this).Find the bright side of your story. You know what my bright side is?
